Does anyone remember that time the first President Bush threw up all over the prime minister of Japan? That very night I immortalized the incident by drawing this cartoon on my father’s PC computer. (Look at those early-90’s pattern fills and the dot matrix printer!)
Here’s footage of it on Youtube. It’s kinda weird how the whole room applauds him when he’s done puking.
As you can see I wasn’t the brightest kid, but I sure liked to draw.

These are the questions that weighed heavily on my 7 year-old brain.

When I was a kid, those posters for the “Jaws” movies freaked me the hell out but I loved it. They started a lifelong obsession with sharks that didn’t keep me out of the water but didn’t exactly leave my mind whenever I went swimming.
I don’t know why the shark in my drawing has arms, and I definitely have no idea what he’s thinking about: “No. Rwo. Aaaaa I mean. Bow! Bor. “.
Incidentally… check out how weird Jaws looks on the original 1974 paperback cover. Somehow it’s even creepier.

At some point during the height of Mr. T’s initial pre-ironic fame, my weird kid brain wondered if he was so strong that an axe would be able to chop even just his mohawk. So I drew this picture illustrating the result. Apparently the axe would only get stuck in the mohawk but he would panic and flail about, trying to grab it out of his hair, gold chains jingling in every direction.
