Deceptive Deceptions
A new video I made for College Humor, spoofing the wide array of conspiracy videos on the web. I wanted to make the most paranoid conspiracy theory with the most absurd logic. Narrated brilliantly by my animator pal Elliot Cowan.
Delaware
A cartoon starring four beatniks from Wilmington who drop spontaneous bop poetry on you about much they dig their home-state.
We Are The Meth Minute
It all comes to a climactic finale here at episode 39 of The Meth Minute. You are likely to shed a single tear as all the characters sing a heartfelt ballad about this animated series that burned bright and fast like a shooting star. Thanks for watching, Internet, we hoped that you ROFL’d.
40 years ago today, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walked on the moon.
In this special episode of The Meth Minute, Space Cowboy revisits the location of their historic landing and gets nostalgic. Unfortunately his futuristic girlfriend doesn’t “recognize the importance of that moment.”
MY INFLUENCES (a new video)
When people ask “What are your cartoon influences?”, it usually stumps me… because there’s just too many. So I put this music video together to honor as many influences as I could think of.
Oh yeah, it’s all roughly in chronological order of when I first saw them! How many do you recognize?
this just in:
WATERMELON NIGHTS ARE HERE!
I know I’ve blogged this a few times already, but now it’s finally hot and summer-ish and beautiful. I spent the whole weekend in the park and I ate a ton of watermelon. It’s time to sing along once more.
Phone Sex Pranks: Motivational Speaker
A new College Humor cartoon, visualizing comedian Gil Ozeri’s bizarre fetish requests. Think Positive. Be the Best.
Big Apple Fornicators (NSFW!)
I did some cartoons for Playboy Magazine’s website earlier this year. Here’s a weird one that takes “Sex in the City” into a strange new dimension. Features the voice of College Humor’s Sam Reich as well as comedienne Carlen Altman.
METH MINUTE MONDAYS: The Stoic Squirrel In The Big City
The Stoic Squirrel leaves his home on the windowsill to explore all of New York City. He soon finds out that the Omniverse of Madness is nothing compared to the big city.
The Meth Minute 39 Thousand
This week we look deep into the future at the (hypothetical) continuation of the Meth Minute series… What animated adventures are (probably not) going to happen in the next 75 years of weekly cartoons? The possibilities are endless (and unlikely to ever happen).
Toy Movies
Here’s my second cartoon for Comedy Central’s Atom.com. This one spoofs all these big-budget movies based on 1980’s toys of our childhood like “Transformers” and “G.I. Joe” … except I take it a few steps further into total ridiculousness.
Starring: Nick Ross, Drew Nelson, Mark Vitelli, and Joanna Brown. Features some additional art by Adam Rosette and Josh Weisbrod.
METH MINUTE MONDAYS: Company Picnic
It’s summer and the show is just about almost over, so we decided to throw a company picnic for all the Meth Minute characters. It was meant to be a fun team building exercise, but, well… you might say these weirdos are operating on different wavelengths. Features Vic, Coug, The Craigs, Space Cowboy, Mike Tyson, Wang Warriors, and just about every other character who’s ever shown up.
Hardly Working: Animal Sex
My latest cartoon for College Humor in which I interview their staff about what type of animals they’d get it on with. I had a blast splicing together my animation with their unrehearsed answers. Featuring Jake Hurwitz, Sarah Schneider, Dan Gurwitch, Patrick Cassels, Josh Ruben, Amir Blumenfeld, and Sam Reich.
METH MINUTE MONDAYS: Space Cowboy On Earth
Yo… Jake Rhodes AKA Space Cowboy is back to tell you about how his adventure began. Even before he made it into outer space, Rhodes was encountering mystery, danger, and people who were not cool enough to hang out with him.
This was one of the only live-action Meth Minute episodes and the dialogue was almost entirely taken word-for-word from my original 8th grade comic book that Space Cowboy is based on. Someday soon I’m going to start selling reprints it.
Phone Sex Pranks: Robot (NSFW)
Another cartoon I did for College Humor, animating Gil Ozeri’s increasingly weird phone sex hotline prank calls. When it comes to robots, it’s hard to make love - or any emotion for that matter.
