In 2021, I was asked to illustrate the cover for Tenacious D’s Beatles tribute single. It was also a fundraiser for Doctors Without Borders. When Paul McCartney tweeted his approval, we knew we had nailed it.
Here is a sampling of just a few of my many Pop-Cultural Charts. The series humorous explores various concepts from movies, books, TV and music through graphs, maps, and charts. These images have been shared endlessly on social media and I’ve sold them as posters, T-shirts, and posters as well.
My map ended up being used for a mural on the wall of a children’s book store called Cair Paravel in Oradea, Romania.
From 2014-2016 I was a full-time writer and illustrator for BuzzFeed.com. Here’s a few of my favorite projects from my time there.
In 2021, I was asked to illustrate an interactive advent calendar for the 20th anniversary of Tenacious D’s debut album release.

In 2016, I was named Artist-In-Residence of Amsterdam’s KLIK Animation Festival. I created a lot of art to promote the festival, much of it using their mascot Frankie. At the festival I gave a seminar on Character Design and had a gallery exhibit as well.
In 2007, I was co-founder and editor of an illustration anthology called Mammal Magazine. My contribution to the first issue was a 10-page article about a fictional European country called Kelv. Here’s a sampling.
One of my favourite types of illustration projects is creating album covers. Here are some I did for artists of a full spectrum of genres: hip-hop, electronica, rock, and often, comedy.
